Our activities include: Monthly sales workshops: These are provided free of charge in partnership with Community Development Financial Institutions. Volunteer sales professionals work with the business owners on their sales strategy and process. WIM Summit: This is a 3 day intensive that allows diverse business owners to learn sales by doing. They learn about using a CRM for sales tracking, they design a website sales page, and receive 1 on 1 coaching on their sales strategy. The women, immigrant, and minority business owners also receive instruction from other successful business owners who have graduated from our programs. Sales Accelerator Program: This 12 week program provides diverse business owners the opportunity to learn the fundamental sales skills. They write their sales strategy include ideal customer profile, sales offer, sales channel, and conversion method.
